ISO 20000 / SQM
Foundation Certificate in Service Quality Management :

The Foundation Certificate in Service Quality Management will be supplementary to the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management and both together are meant to become the required background for professionals working for an ISO/ IEC 20000 certified IT service provider.

Target group

EXIN aims at a role in certification of professionals in Service Quality Management based on ISO/ IEC 20000. This target audience includes;

Both internal and external service provider staff, who play a role or have an interest in Service Quality Management, even if such an organization is not (yet) certified.
Especially the Foundation Certificate in SQM is aimed at this wider audience. In addition, for customers considering requesting their service providers to become ISO/ IEC 20000 certified, they can get an insight into what can be expected of their service providers.

Prerequisite knowledge, skills and practical experience
ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.

Time allotted for examination:
60 minutes

Examination type: Computer-based multiple-choice questions.
